The Beard & Co team is lead by Mike Beard FFA. The team is small, friendly but always professional in its dealings with its clients. Mike's business philosophy is to do a thorough job, keep to the matter in hand while trying to keep the red tape to the minimum.
Mike Beard has a wide range of accountancy experience gained from more than 30 years of working with a diverse portfolio of businesses and individuals. Mike Beard is supported by a team of experienced staff. Mike has always believed that clients benefit if there is a continuity of the people dealing with them as the staff are able to offer more useful advice because of their long term knowledge of a business or individual's affairs. He is therefore proud of the fact that most of his staff have been with him for over 10 years and some for over 20 years.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants Mike Beard is committed to continuing professional development for himself and his staff. For you this means that the team is current with all tax changes and accountancy best practice. By Car
We are located on Blackboy Road which is one of the main routes into Exeter from the East. There is a short term parking immediately outside the office and on the Blackboy Road as well as the nearby Triangle Pay and Display car park.
By Train
The office is located less than 5 minutes walk from St James Park Station on the Exeter to Exmouth train line. (Note: Please check timetable first as not all trains stop at this station)
By Bus
Located on a main arterial between Exeter and Pinhoe and East Devon, Beard & Co's office is well serviced by a number of bus routes including 1, 1A, 1B, K, P, G, and Park and Ride PR2 from Exeter Business Park near M5 Junction 29
